Cycle Count Coordinator

About the role

The Cycle Count Coordinator is responsible for executing and managing inventory cycle count activities across warehouse and internal storage locations. This role ensures inventory accuracy, supports operational performance, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily cycle count activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepare and organize count sheets to facilitate accurate counting.
• Perform precise counts of inventory materials using bin locations and storage references.
• Conduct spot counts and recounts as needed to validate inventory data.
• Record results in the cycle count system and document any variances.
• Investigate discrepancies, support root‑cause analysis, and track material movements.
• Maintain compliance with company inventory procedures and support continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
