Inventory Manager

About the role

Elite Window Fashions is looking for a hands‑on Inventory Manager to design and launch a centralized inventory system for its custom manufacturing facility. This builder role blends strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution, guiding a small team through a full‑scale modernization of inventory processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change‑management initiatives to introduce new inventory systems, ensuring data accuracy and accountability.
• Partner with the CFO to evaluate, select, and implement an ERP/MRP solution tailored to custom manufacturing.
• Define inventory, production, purchasing, and reporting requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee data migration, maintain BOM governance, and manage version control.
• Direct inventory control activities, including SKU governance, replenishment strategies, cycle counts, and KPI reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that monitor inventory health, supplier performance, and material availability.
• Train and develop warehouse, inventory, and administrative teams on new processes and systems.
