Customer Service Representative - Milwaukee Tool

About the role

TTI Canada is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Milwaukee Tool Factory Service Centre in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The role delivers best-in-class service to internal and external customers at a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to customers
• Answer phones, place orders, log in tools, complete inventory counts and assist walk-in customers
• Maintain monetary transactions, record maintenance and assist with inventories as required
• Prioritize in-branch repairs and conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements
• Handle showroom merchandising and stock replenishment
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge

Required profile

• Effective business communication, initiative and organizational skills
• Outgoing, able to engage end users and resolve conflicts
• Attention to detail, organized and team-oriented, able to work independently
• High school diploma
• Experience with electric tools is a strong asset
