About the role
Join IKEA’s Customer Relations team in Dartmouth as a Customer Experience Co‑worker focused on carts. You will help create a friendly, efficient shopping experience for guests, supporting them with purchases and ensuring their needs are met.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service during all customer interactions across assignments.
- Engage customers confidently to create rewarding experiences.
- Achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain loyalty.
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills in customer experience.
- Assist customers with purchases using assistance or self‑service tools.
Required profile
- Fluent in the default language (English).
- Less than 1 year of related experience.
