Store Leader

About the role

Activate Games is seeking a Store Leader to manage daily operations at its Dartmouth location. Reporting to the Regional Leader, you will ensure a seamless gaming experience for customers while leading and developing a high‑energy team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including performance metrics, cleaning, maintenance, and security procedures.
• Drive customer satisfaction by creating memorable in‑store experiences and handling feedback.
• Lead staffing activities such as scheduling, hiring, performance coaching, and training.
• Manage maintenance and inventory processes, coordinating with team leads and reporting facility issues to the Regional Leader.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to build relationships with customers and employees.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and related software.
