About the role
Join a luxury goods retailer in Toronto’s Yorkville district as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for high‑end clients, delivering memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s premium standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform full administration duties and follow‑up related to customer service.
- Develop and retain relationships with customers, ensuring unique and memorable experiences.
- Greet, serve, and follow up with clients in a professional manner.
- Create and update client files with accurate information.
- Assist with special projects such as sales set‑up, merchandising, and stockroom tasks when needed.
