Customer Service Representative

About the role

Northstar Equipment Rentals is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused representative to be the primary point of contact for equipment rental and sales inquiries in its Toronto branch. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting day‑to‑day branch operations and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide service to customers via phone, email and in‑person, processing quotations, reservations, contracts and invoices.
• Coordinate daily rentals, deliveries, pick‑ups and returns, and support inventory management and warehouse duties.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales or administration with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software or business systems.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $55,000–$70,000 CAD per year, based on experience.
