Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of industrial, commercial and residential construction projects for Squareinch Contractors Ltd. based in Toronto. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure projects meet quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor activities and evaluate daily operations on construction sites.
• Prepare and submit project budget estimates and monitor budget performance.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, milestones and progress reports.
• Negotiate contracts, revisions and change orders with trade partners.
• Implement quality‑control programs and risk‑management plans.
• Oversee procurement of materials, land acquisitions and site supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial, commercial or residential construction project management.
• Working at heights training, First Aid Certificate and CADD course completed.
• Security clearances including basic, enhanced reliability and criminal record check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and CADD software.
• SolidWorks modeling experience.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and the full MS Office suite.
