About the role
Join Sazerac as a Customer Service Representative supporting the Canadian market. You will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and deliver exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and maintain up‑to‑date account information.
- Partner with internal teams and distributors to resolve order and shipment issues.
- Coordinate with operations and supply‑chain teams to keep product flow uninterrupted.
- Provide responsive, professional service to external and internal partners.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Cegep diploma (DEC) or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, operations, or a fast‑paced business environment.
- Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Legal right to work in Canada and ability to work full‑time onsite.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
