Bilingual Contact Centre Representative – Banking & Credit Cards

About the role

As the voice of TD, you’ll be passionate about understanding our customers. You will handle inbound calls, provide advice, and recommend TD products or services, delivering trusted support whenever needed.

Key responsibilities

• Make people’s day by delivering outstanding customer service using knowledge of TD products and solutions.
• Solve problems efficiently by addressing inquiries at the first point of contact with empathy.
• Achieve performance objectives, including customer experience surveys, compliance, and productivity targets.
• Continuously learn through training and coaching to grow in the role.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Exceptional communication and listening skills, preferably with financial or service industry experience.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems and screens accurately.
• Digital literacy across devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and headsets.
• Flexibility, resiliency, and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
• Passion for assisting customers with consultative advice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Integrity in handling sensitive customer information in line with regulatory guidelines.
