About the role

Mopify is a technology‑driven home cleaning service looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its Ottawa team. The role involves supporting both customers and cleaning professionals through phone, email, SMS and live chat while managing bookings and resolving issues.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with bookings, scheduling, account questions and service issues.
• Support cleaning professionals with day‑to‑day questions and problems.
• Communicate via phone, email, SMS and live chat, troubleshooting and finding practical solutions.
• Manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously, following issues through to resolution.
• Learn and use Mopify’s internal systems to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role.
• Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written.
• Enjoy helping people and can stay calm under pressure.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle several tasks at once.
• Dependable, adaptable and comfortable working in a small team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer‑support software (live chat, SMS, ticketing systems).
• Ability to learn and operate internal booking and scheduling systems.
