Customer Service Associate

About the role

We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. The role involves interacting with shoppers, handling transactions, and keeping the store organized.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while operating an assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well‑stocked, recover merchandise, and receive shipments.
• Unload trucks and replenish stock according to productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and teammates.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms, floors, trash removal, and overall presentation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer‑service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug‑store settings highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Physical ability to lift 30‑50 lb and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
