Customer Quality Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Customer Quality Manager, the Customer Quality Specialist maintains and grows relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and delivering an exceptional experience for Chrysos' PhotonAssay™ technology.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding after new PhotonAssay™ unit deployments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact, managing communication, problem‑solving and issue resolution.
• Schedule, plan and host in‑region customer meetings, creating agendas, action items and follow‑up reports.
• Provide training and support on PhotonAssay™ operation to maximize service value.
• Develop and implement customer quality processes and documentation.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams for product and process improvement.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in engineering, science or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service, quality control or laboratory roles within minerals or analytical environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical documentation.
• Proven stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel across North America and internationally.

Required skills

• Experience with analytical laboratory management systems.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
