About the role
The Retail Store Supervisor will lead daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service while managing staff, inventory and sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 5‑10 staff members, including apprentices and sales workers.
- Assign daily duties, create work schedules and manage cash handling.
- Hire, train and arrange ongoing training for store personnel.
- Order merchandise, authorize returns and maintain inventory levels.
- Address customer requests, complaints and resolve supply shortages.
Required profile
- College, CEGEP or equivalent non‑university diploma (1‑2 years) or comparable experience.
- 2 to less than 3 years of retail supervisory experience.
- Availability for early‑morning, evening, night, on‑call, weekend and overtime shifts.
