About the role
As a Customer Experience Representative you will help create an environment that promotes authentic employee and customer experiences, guided by Indigo’s culture and mission of adding joy. You will model Indigo’s beliefs, connect customers to the brand through storytelling, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to kindness and community.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including early‑morning or late‑evening shifts (5 AM or 10 PM start times).
- Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns, shelve merchandise, and process incoming store deliveries.
- Apply merchandising standards to create a visually appealing and stimulating store environment.
- Welcome customers, add joy to their experience, and engage them with product stories.
- Curate specific product collections tailored to each customer’s interests.
- Seek information on new products, promotions, and programs.
- Maintain health and safety standards and encourage a safe environment for colleagues and customers.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and hold self and others accountable.
- Participate in self‑development, provide feedback to peers and leadership, and share ideas for improving employee and customer experiences.
Required profile
- Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn all aspects of store operations.
- Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience.
