Customer Experience Associate – Toronto

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our Toronto branch. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering friendly and accurate banking services while promoting TD’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in line with TD procedures and regulatory standards.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Address and resolve client inquiries, escalating complex issues when required.
• Achieve sales and service targets by cross‑selling relevant solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Support team members by sharing information and contributing to a collaborative branch environment.
