Vice‑President – Financial, Communications & Business Services

About the role

Emerald X Canada Inc. is seeking a dynamic Vice‑President to lead its financial, communications and business services functions. This senior executive will shape strategy, allocate resources and ensure seamless execution of organisational policies in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organisational policies and programmes.
• Authorize and organise the creation of major departments and senior staff positions.
• Set organisational objectives and approve related policies and programmes.
• Represent the company or delegate representatives in negotiations and official functions.
• Select and empower middle managers, directors and other executive staff, creating optimal working conditions.
• Manage corporate events and conduct performance reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of senior‑level experience in finance, communications or related business services.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle large workloads.
• Strong judgement, organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with efficient interpersonal abilities.
