About the role
As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the welcoming face of the branch, helping clients achieve their financial goals. This part‑time position focuses on delivering personalized service, building lasting relationships, and promoting digital banking tools.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient service for day‑to‑day transactions.
