Client Administration Representative

About the role

Join Invesco's Client Administration team, a key part of the North American Transfer Agency serving US retail mutual fund clients. The team processes written instructions received via mail, fax, and upload, handling transactions and updating client accounts. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who thrive in a structured, steady‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold operational procedures and suggest process improvements.
• Analyze complex transactions for regulatory and procedural compliance.
• Guide other departments and shareholders to ensure proper processing.
• Make outbound calls when needed to gather information and provide client solutions.
• Assess problems for importance and urgency, conducting independent research and adjustments.
• Document complaints, monitor service quality, and ensure timely resolution.
• Process incoming mail requests including new accounts, purchases, redemptions, transfers, exchanges, and maintenance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in financial services is a plus.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and reasoning skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions and work under pressure.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Required skills

• Keyboarding proficiency.
• Computer fundamentals in a Windows environment.
