Crew Member – Fast Food Service

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders and handle payments accurately.

• Manage the drive‑thru window and headset communication.
• Maintain a clean and safe dining and work area, including trash removal and restocking supplies.
• Follow Wendy's brand standards, food safety guidelines and health protocols.

Required profile

• Friendly, reliable and able to work well with others.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 25‑50 lb occasionally, and work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to follow directions and learn new tasks.

Required skills

• Basic operation of point‑of‑sale registers and kitchen equipment.
• Use of a headset for drive‑thru communication.
• Adherence to brand standards and safety procedures.
