Part-Time Coffee Specialist – Boutique Cumberland

About the role

We are seeking a Part‑Time Coffee Specialist for the Nespresso boutique in Cumberland, Toronto. The role serves as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and promoting Nespresso’s sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in daily briefings to understand objectives and meet deliverables.
• Participate in coaching sessions, upsell products, and reinforce brand messaging to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Provide the best customer experience by leveraging product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand.
• Promote Nespresso’s sustainability mission by educating customers.

Required profile

• Passionate about coffee and sustainability.
• 1‑2 years experience in a fast‑paced retail or sales environment with high customer volume.
• Demonstrated excellence in sales and customer service.
• Effective time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 23 kg repeatedly.
