About the role

Key responsibilities

• Operate at various stations such as grill, prep, salsa, expo, and cashier.
• Prepare food by hand following Chipotle’s standards (no freezers or microwaves).
• Deliver friendly, attentive customer service and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist teammates and support smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking and food‑preparation skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
