About the role
The School of Urban Planning seeks a Course Lecturer to co‑teach URBP 622 Planning Studio 1, a graduate studio focusing on community planning processes. Working alongside Professor Lisa Bornstein, you will deliver two credits of instruction during the fall term.
Key responsibilities
- Co‑lead classroom sessions and studio workshops on socio‑spatial analysis, plan‑making, and planning communication.
- Facilitate individual and group activities, guiding students through community and master‑plan development.
- Assess student work, provide feedback, and grade assignments.
- Engage with public stakeholders as part of course projects.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Urban Planning (MUP) or equivalent.
- Professional experience producing community or master plans in Quebec.
- Experience in facilitation, public engagement, and graduate‑level teaching.
