About the role
The Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University is seeking a Course Lecturer to teach Business Statistics (MGCR 271 002) during the Fall 2026 term. This fixed‑term position involves delivering lectures, guiding student learning, and assessing performance.
Key responsibilities
- Teach Business Statistics to undergraduate students on Tuesdays and Thursdays (11:35 – 12:55).
- Prepare and deliver lecture content, lead class discussions, and evaluate student work.
- Maintain course materials, grading records, and ensure compliance with university policies.
Required profile
- PhD, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research).
- Relevant teaching experience or industry experience in business statistics, supported by related research publications.
