About the role

McGill University is seeking a grader to support the MGCR 460 course (Social Context of Business). The grader will assist the instructor by evaluating exams and assignments, providing timely feedback, and ensuring grading consistency throughout the term.

Key responsibilities

  • Mark exams, quizzes, and assignments for MGCR 460.
  • Record grades accurately in the course management system.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students as directed by the instructor.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student information and grading materials.
  • Assist the course instructor with any additional grading‑related tasks.

Required profile

  • External candidates must follow the university’s application process; internal staff should apply via Workday.
  • Background knowledge of the subject matter (Social Context of Business) is an asset.
  • Ability to meet grading deadlines and work independently.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Hourly wage of $16.60.
    • Fixed‑term contract from 31 August 2026 to 15 January 2027.
