Corporate Purchasing & Maintenance Administrator

About the role

Manitoulin Transport, part of the Manitoulin Group of Companies, provides transportation and logistics solutions across North America. It is hiring a full-time Corporate Purchasing & Maintenance Administrator in Greater Sudbury to handle purchasing, supply and maintenance support across its network of terminals.

Key responsibilities

• Review, process and approve items assigned in AP scanning, including shop supplies at all maintenance sites and maintenance supplies for all terminals
• Oversee order logistics with partner suppliers, track when supplies are ready for pickup and coordinate delivery with the preferred carrier
• Maintain a maintenance process exception queue of less than 7 days
• Support DEF supply across the network, recording fill requests, ordering and processing and approving invoices
• Support maintenance profiling and processing overflow (vacations, holidays, short staff and sick leave) in in-house and third-party teams
• Support maintenance facilities with training and training-file compliance, and input hours into payroll sheets for location manager review
• Reconcile and process fleet charges and Paccar Fleet service invoices, and manage online software subscriptions not supported by IT (e.g., OnCommand)
• Audit compliance and assist with overflow workload across the maintenance network, with other duties as assigned
