About the role

The company is seeking a CPA to serve as Senior Controller, reporting directly to the President. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial finance position that offers a clear pathway to a future Chief Financial Officer role.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full finance function, including cash‑flow management, working‑capital optimization, and profitability analysis.
• Partner with the President to translate business performance data into strategic insights.
• Improve financial systems, strengthen discipline, and develop relevant reporting tools.
• Gain deep understanding of retail operations, product portfolio, international production, and overall business drivers.
• Identify value‑creating customers, products, and distribution channels.

Required profile

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with strong business acumen.
