Contract Review Attorney (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Contract Review Attorney to work remotely on simulated contract negotiations and AI‑driven contract review tasks. You will help improve the performance of our AI models by providing expert legal feedback and creating rigorous evaluation frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review AI‑generated responses to contract scenarios and give detailed feedback.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI performance on contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI‑driven contract review solutions.

Required profile

• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum in‑house experience with technology transactions, especially MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical abilities to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
