Content Creator & Social Media Associate

About the role

Gee Beauty is seeking a creative Content Creator & Social Media Associate to shape its digital presence. You will produce compelling visual and written content that engages beauty enthusiasts and drives community growth across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and edit photoshoots and video shoots from concept to final delivery.
• Generate weekly content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches and current trends.
• Produce and schedule posts, Reels, Stories and Live streams for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Write captions that reflect the brand voice and manage the social content calendar.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs and amplifying user‑generated content.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support email marketing, website updates and paid advertising with tailored content.
• Coordinate production schedules, shoot logistics and collaborate closely with the founders and team.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty, storytelling and social media trends.
• Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, creative environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
