About the role

Join CGI Business Consulting as an Operational Excellence & Organizational Performance Consultant. You will work on strategic transformation initiatives for leading organizations in financial services, manufacturing, and other sectors, helping them improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact engagements aimed at improving clients’ operational performance.
• Analyze client needs and align solutions with their strategic objectives.
• Assess current‑state operations to identify optimization opportunities.
• Define target operating models and recommend tailored solutions.
• Quantify expected outcomes, including cost reductions and user‑experience improvements.
• Design and implement transformation frameworks, tools, models, and guiding principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading large‑scale operational transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering process and quality improvements.
• Experience in management consulting or business consulting environments.
