Consultant – HPMP Desk Study

About the role
The consultancy will produce a desk study evaluating how HCFC phase‑out management plans contribute to the development of policies, regulations and national strategies that ensure compliance with the Montreal Protocol and sustain achieved outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct a desk‑study analysis of HCFC phase‑out management plans.
- Assess their contribution to policy, regulatory and strategic development for Montreal Protocol compliance.
- Identify good practices that can be replicated in project design and implementation.
Required profile
- Background in environmental affairs with knowledge of HCFC phase‑out and the Montreal Protocol.
