Consultant, Change Management

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant, Change Management to join the Credit Processing Services (CPS) team within Technology Infrastructure and Innovation. In this hybrid role you will design, plan and execute change initiatives that support operational excellence across corporate, commercial and business banking lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive change management plans for major transformation projects.
• Lead project planning, design and execution activities, manage intake processes and monitor progress.
• Identify and implement process improvements and standardization to boost efficiency and employee experience.
• Build strong relationships with internal leaders, project teams and front‑line staff to drive engagement.
• Create and deliver targeted communications and training materials for new processes and tools.
• Conduct risk and impact assessments, develop mitigation strategies and ensure inclusive, scalable change.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading change initiatives in a technology‑focused environment.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess impacts, identify risks and propose solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
