Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to lead daily operations on our building projects. You will coordinate crews, manage schedules, and ensure that all work complies with quality, cost, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production and other reports.
• Supervise workers and projects on site.
• Coordinate and schedule construction activities.
• Oversee apprenticeship training programs.
• Recruit, hire, and manage staffing actions.
• Arrange or deliver training for team members.
• Estimate costs and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Recommend personnel actions as needed.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Lead and instruct individuals and crews.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 3 to less than 5 years of experience in construction supervision.
• Ability to work onsite full‑time.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience in recruiting and training staff.
