About the role
Join an established Calgary siding company as a Construction Office Support Specialist, providing essential administrative and financial support to field crews, clients, and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage office emails and phone calls as the main point of contact for clients, field crews, and vendors.
- Prepare, track, and distribute daily service requests to field teams.
- Handle purchase orders, inventory tracking, invoicing, and support AP/AR and payroll workflows.
- Organize physical and digital files and maintain construction safety records.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of office administrative experience, preferably in construction or skilled trades.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of Sage Accounting is a strong asset.
- High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to the SE Calgary office.
