Construction Flagman/Flagwoman (On‑site)

About the role

This on‑site position supports construction projects by ensuring safe traffic flow and assisting with site preparation and demolition tasks. The role is ideal for candidates with a high‑school diploma and a year of hands‑on experience in construction environments.

Key responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
• Assist in demolishing buildings and removing debris.
• Clean, sort, and pile salvaged materials.
• Perform routine maintenance on site equipment.
• Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
• Operate or tend construction machinery as required.
• Direct traffic safely at or near construction sites.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction or related field.
• Ability to work on‑site full time.
• Fluency in English or French.
