Communications Coordinator – Toronto Maple Leafs

About the role

As a member of the Toronto Maple Leafs Communications team, you will help tell the story of one of the world’s most iconic hockey brands. Working closely with Communications, Hockey Operations, Digital Content and Broadcasting, you will support media coverage, game‑day operations, player communications, publications and storytelling throughout the season.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate media relations and build strong relationships with journalists and broadcasters.
• Assist with game‑day communications, press releases, and player media interactions.
• Develop and edit content for publications, digital platforms and internal communications.
• Support the creation of storytelling assets that highlight team achievements and community initiatives.
• Collaborate with Hockey Operations and Digital Content teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Passion for hockey and a deep understanding of the sports entertainment environment.
