Commercial Lead

About the role

As a Commercial Lead at H&M, you will drive the omni‑channel commercial agenda, secure campaign setup and assortment readiness, and coordinate execution with e‑commerce and visual merchandising teams. The role is based on‑site at the Toronto Support Office and reports to the Commercial Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the omni‑sales market commercial plan together with the Commercial Manager.
• Provide bottom‑up input on quarterly commercial plans (QCP), demand forecasts, pricing and package mapping for your customer groups.
• Drive in‑season sales plans, monitor weekly sales performance and propose commercial actions.
• Collaborate with Continent Supply Planning on inventory management, allocation and replenishment.
• Secure campaign setup, readiness and assortment approach across all channels.
• Coordinate tactical activations, product ranking and budget management with E‑com Leads and Visual Merchandising.
• Conduct store visits to gather insights, coach teams and share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Expert knowledge of omni‑channel merchandising, commercial and e‑commerce processes.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data, forecasts and KPI correlations.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation and communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in e‑commerce or retail merchandising, preferably in fashion.
