Cloud Engineer II – Site Reliability Engineering

About the role

Kinaxis is seeking a Cloud Engineer II to join its Site Reliability Engineering team. In this hands‑on position you will help keep the company’s SaaS platform reliable, performant and available for global customers by building, deploying and maintaining production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production systems to meet SLA targets and ensure service availability.
• Develop and maintain automation across Azure, GCP and on‑premise datacenters using Terraform, GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Write and maintain scripts in Python, Bash and PowerShell and manage configuration with Ansible.
• Manage the lifecycle of production and Hands‑on Lab environments, including deployment, resource tracking and troubleshooting.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation, investigate incidents and contribute to post‑mortem analyses.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Platform and Support teams to improve system stability.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud.
• Strong background in infrastructure‑as‑code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 on‑call environment and resolve incidents quickly.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
