Java Developer – Data & Azure Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Java Developer who can drive data‑focused projects within a large‑scale, standards‑driven environment. The ideal candidate combines strong Java development expertise with deep knowledge of Azure data services and modern testing practices.
Key responsibilities
- Apply resourcefulness and autonomy to deliver high‑quality Java solutions.
- Collaborate closely with teammates, sharing tasks and following standardized development processes.
- Implement and maintain ETL pipelines and data models (relational and dimensional).
Required profile
- Resourceful, autonomous and pleasant personality.
- Strong teamwork and task‑sharing abilities.
- Ability to work within standardized processes and manage complexity.
- Results‑oriented with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Java development.
- ETL design and implementation.
- Unit testing (TDD), UI testing, automated testing and continuous integration.
- Source code management and CI/CD tools: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Concourse.
- Azure data services: Data Storage, Data Lake, Blob Storage, Data Factory, SQL Database, Synapse Analytics.
- Power BI (Desktop, services, gateways).
- Relational and dimensional data modeling.
- Object‑oriented design, Cloud architectures (IaaS, CaaS, PaaS, SaaS, iPaaS), Domain‑Driven Design, Application Resilience, Event‑Driven patterns.
- Security protocols: SSO, Auth0, SAML, OpenID, JWT, OAuth2, ABAC, RBAC.
