About the role

This position is for an experienced IT support professional who will act as the primary technical point of contact for clients. You will diagnose and resolve complex software, server, and network issues while working in a fast‑paced, remote‑friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze incoming support tickets, assess urgency, and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Provide high‑quality software and technical support to ensure lasting solutions.
• Perform remote installation, configuration, and maintenance of software in client environments.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to Windows Server, Windows 10, Linux, and hosted infrastructures.
• Assist clients in optimizing their use of technology for efficiency and performance.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives, documentation, and internal tools.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent service quality and share knowledge.

Required profile

• Diploma in IT support, computer science, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in technical support or IT technician roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Windows 10, and Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and internet technologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle database engines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
• Quick learner, interested in integrating AI tools into daily work.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑oriented attitude; bilingualism (English/French) is a plus.
