Clinical Consultant Pharmacist – Signing Bonus

About the role

CareRx is seeking a Clinical Consultant Pharmacist to join its Kelowna team. You will ensure continuity of care for residents in long‑term care, supportive living and other congregate communities by collaborating with on‑site physicians, nursing staff and health providers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as liaison between long‑term care homes, retirement communities and CareRx Pharmacy to optimise resident care and pharmacy services.
• Travel to LTC homes and retirement communities to build and maintain strong partnerships.
• Complete medication reviews for residents in serviced communities.
• Prepare required documentation and billing in compliance with MOHLTC, the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia and other regulations.
• Provide education to residents and staff on health‑related topics, including medication safety.

Required profile

• Registered with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
