About the role
We are looking for a proactive Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team at our Montreal facility. The role involves ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency across all cleaning operations.
Key responsibilities
- Hire and train cleaning staff or arrange training.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
- Inspect sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend or arrange additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules.
- Maintain cleaning inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Dependability, reliability and good judgement.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility and initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and handling heavy loads.
