About the role

We are seeking a compassionate family caregiver to provide personal and household support to a client in their home in Montréal. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, preparing meals, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist with bathing, personal hygiene, and other personal care tasks.
Launder clothing and household linens and perform light housekeeping duties.
Plan therapeutic diets, prepare and serve nutritious meals, and cook as needed.
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote the client’s wellbeing.
Maintain a clean and safe environment, including basic safety checks.
Assist with medication reminders and support daily routines when required.

Required profile

1–2 years of caregiving experience.
Strong punctuality, reliability, and dependability.
Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and organized work habits.
Patience, honesty, and a client‑focused attitude.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
