Family Caregiver

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate family caregiver to provide personal and household support to a client in their home in Montréal. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, preparing meals, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, personal hygiene, and other personal care tasks.
• Launder clothing and household linens and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Plan therapeutic diets, prepare and serve nutritious meals, and cook as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote the client’s wellbeing.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including basic safety checks.
• Assist with medication reminders and support daily routines when required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of caregiving experience.
• Strong punctuality, reliability, and dependability.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and organized work habits.
• Patience, honesty, and a client‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
