About the role
Tidy Bubblez Inc. is looking for a proactive Cleaning Supervisor to lead its cleaning team in Edmonton. You will ensure that all facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards while coordinating daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train, and arrange ongoing training for cleaning staff.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on site.
- Inspect facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend or arrange additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaners with duties when needed.
- Establish and manage work schedules.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Availability to start on the posted date and prior experience in the field.
