About the role
We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to lead and coordinate cleaning teams across office buildings, shopping centres, restaurants and other commercial facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train and schedule cleaning staff.
- Supervise daily cleaning activities and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Inspect sites, prepare budgets and cost estimates.
- Recommend and arrange additional services such as painting, repairs or renovations.
- Maintain financial records and receive payments for specialized cleaning jobs.
- Assist cleaners when needed and coordinate work with other departments.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- 1‑2 years of experience in cleaning or facilities supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure, perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks.
- Client focus, dependability, initiative, good judgement and reliability.
