Cleaning Service Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cleaning Service Manager to lead daily cleaning operations for our properties in Calgary. You will ensure high‑quality service, compliance with health and safety standards, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control daily cleaning operations.
• Evaluate, plan, and organize daily tasks to meet service standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for cleaning staff.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and health‑safety requirements.
• Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Client‑focused with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible, reliable, organized, and a proven team player.
