Civil Foreman – Construction Site Leader

About the role

Hall Constructors is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead daily excavation and civil works on our projects in the Lower Mainland. You will coordinate crews, ensure safety standards, and support the superintendent in delivering high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise crew activities to meet daily production targets.
• Manage job costing, coding, and accurate reporting of hours worked.
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and quality assurance.
• Plan work schedules at least one week in advance to align with project goals.
• Collaborate with the superintendent to achieve project milestones.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in excavation construction.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude toward safety and teamwork.
• Customer‑service orientation and results‑driven mindset.
• Desire to grow within the organization.
