Chief Operations Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer to lead and scale ZPC’s operational functions during a critical growth phase. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring our production, manufacturing, and supply‑chain teams operate efficiently and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale core operational functions including production, manufacturing, supply chain, and project delivery.
• Translate company goals into clear, actionable plans for cross‑functional teams.
• Build systems, processes, and KPIs that support scalability, efficiency, and accountability.
• Drive excellence across fabrication, assembly, and installation workflows.
• Partner with technical leadership to align engineering, production, and delivery timelines.
• Establish forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation processes.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks as the company scales.
• Support hiring, mentoring, and organizational development across operations.
• Improve communication between technical, business, and operational teams.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and maintain quality standards.

Required profile

• 8–15+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or scaling organizations.
• Previous leadership role (Director, VP, or COO) in a high‑growth or technical environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply‑chain, and production workflows.
• Proven ability to build and implement operational systems from early‑stage through scale.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and aligning stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success mentoring and developing managers or team leads.
• Strong financial acumen and data‑driven decision‑making.
