Cheese Production Operator

About the role

Saputo, a top 10 global dairy processor and leading Canadian cheese manufacturer, is hiring a cheese production operator in Saint-Raymond. The position is permanent and full-time, with two possible shift schedules: day shift (4:00 to 16:00) or night shift (16:00 to 4:00), on a 3-2-2-3 rotation (three days worked, two days off, then three days worked).

Key responsibilities

• Perform cheese-making operations such as moulding, unmoulding and turning cheeses.
• Clean and sanitize equipment.
• Carry out other relevant tasks related to cheese production.

Required profile

• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Able to work in a temperate and/or refrigerated environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse work is an advantage but not required.
• Quick learner, responsible, team player and able to communicate easily with colleagues.
